In 2004 Xstream Mobile Solutions, Inc. (XSM) was formed for one primary reason: the founders identified a market for the next generation of cell phone technology that was not being met by existing niche firms. Specifically, Xstream Mobile Solutions has formed a company that handles wireless publishing for cell phones, has developed a distribution system for wireless data communications, provides ring tones of a wide spectrum of the existing music market and has developed a system capable of delivering live streaming video over the cellular network.

XSM is a wireless communications company that delivers text-messaging system that is light years beyond today’s simple text messaging systems. The capabilities built into the XSM system allow users to “push” information such as alerts, to all text message enabled phones most anywhere in the world. It also has the ability to retrieve text from a corporate database of information anytime, from anywhere and most importantly over any wireless data network.

XSM identified the need for a cell phone system, which will work on any web enabled phone and on any wireless carrier without the need for the installation of additional hardware. Our goal was to develop the next generation messaging system to provide unparalleled messaging services. The system provides for the handling of text messages, automated timers, transmit verification, sent message lists, e-mail, scheduled message lists, on-line verification, import and export of data, pictures and graphics and free support. The “live” video capability provides a service that delivers “live” content to mobile devices and we are in the final stages of negotiations with a number of content providers to distribute content that will immediately provide revenue at the point of launch. There is no time delay between the launch of the service and earning revenue.

Now XSM is at a point where the research and development phase has been completed, contracts are in place and the company now seeks the financing necessary to begin its planned worldwide operations. We liken our current situation to that of America On-Line a few years back. They were the first to go nationwide with internet access in what was referred to as a “land grab”. After a few short years they had the major market share. When a very large number of competitors began operation AOL was able to maintain their dominant position due to the “land grab. XSM is poised to begin a similar “land grab”.
