Direct Sales Representative

Description:

• Responsible for new client acquisition through direct sales to end user customers
• Uphold accurate record keeping and reporting of all sales activities
• Demonstrate expanded knowledge and competency by continually upgrading and improving sales presentation, knowledge of products, services and rates
• Perfect sales from existing accounts and support sales on new accounts by providing clients with best practices expertise showing them how to optimize their existing technology
• Deliver sales results consistent with sales quotas as dictated by forecast and as established by the Company
• Requires advancement of new business leads through prospecting as well as supervising continued business relationships with key accounts and agencies
• Supports in negotiating customer contracts and resolving escalated customer conflicts.
• Works with sale staff to mitigate conflicts when necessary
• Clarify, convey and implement company policies and procedures within the area of accountability while ensuring appropriate controls are in place to protect company assets, confidential/proprietary information and compliance to policies
• Travel as required
• Assist in other tasks as needed or assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’ or Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 to 3 years outside sales experience and related work experience required.
• Will consider recent graduate willing to learn
• Ability to communicate with a diverse external and internal cliental base.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and detail orientated with previous experience working in a fast paced sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills required
• Must be interested in being part of an entrepreneurial team.

Must have a basic understanding of computers and cellular technology and possess a laptop computer with Internet access capability.
