Joseph Johns joins the XSM group bringing many years of technical and administrative experience. Joe is currently President and CEO of The Sterling Group multi-media productions in suburban Chicago, a worldwide provider of media products and services for many major companies. Joe is also owner/President of AVMUSICPLus, Inc. A retail outlet of professional Audio Visual equipment, software and related products. Joe’s strengths include strong customer and employee relation skills, analytical vision and extensive computer and computer related systems experience, professional focus, dedication and the ability to make things happen.

Prior to forming the Sterling group Joe was employed by Andrew Corporation as a Production Planner of high-end microwave telecommunication systems He attended APICS certification classes and various junior college courses related to Business.

Joe also worked for the Harris Bank Corp responsible for the operation of state of the art billing equipment. He attended the American Institute of Banking (A.I.B.) and has attended various college courses related to banking and business.
