X-Pulse is an exciting new product XSM has developed which will monitor the status of any company’s servers and alert the appropriate people via text message when a problem arises. The product resides on a redundant remote network so when monitored servers have completely shut down, notifications are still possible. Alert frequency, multiple contacts and advanced logging are just some of the features that you will see with X-Pulse. This is just another way XSM is utilizing forward-thinking to anticipate potential problems and deal with them before they become serious.
Com2 is another great new product created by XSM that enables the message sender to know with certainty that a message has in fact been received by the device that information is being sent to. This will be especially helpful for administrators sending time-sensitive messages to emergency professionals. A notification comes back to the sender confirming that important messages are delivered efficiently and quickly.
